BEDROOMS

There are 3 spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people - 2 on the ground floor and 1 located off the lounge on a mezzanine floor. All the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds with memory foam matresses and quality 200 count pure cotton bed linen, together with cosy throws.

The double ground floor bedroom overlooking the garden has built-in wardrobes and lovely views of the beautiful mountains - when the leaves are not on the trees you'll also have views of the little Welsh Highland Steam Trains heading into the station.

The twin bedroom features high vaulted wooden ceiling with lots of built in wardrobe space, together with a large trunk housing children's games and toys for guest use.

The third double bedroom again has amazing high vaulted wooden ceilings giving a Scandanavian feel and has a lovely view over the village and the mountains beyond (please note this bedroom is on a mezzanine level and does not have a door, but is quite private).

BATHROOMS

Both are downstairs and have a fresh and contemporary style with heated towel rails, downlights, and slate floors. The shower-room is larger than average, with a fully tiled shower enclosure, WC and handbasin. The bathroom, located between both downstairs bedrooms, has a full sized bath, WC, and handbasin.

UTILITY SPACE AND STORAGE

Washing machine and tumble dryer with plenty of hanging space and we have a hose for washing down bikes, wetsuits, etc.

OUTSIDE

The house is laid out in an unusual, back to front style with the kitchen overlooking a private gated patio finished in local slate (great for al fresco eating, it catches the last of the sun in the evening), and a very spacious split level decked area accessed from the patio doors off the living area leads to a grassed area.    The decked area has dining for 6 and a separate sitting area with lounge chairs.  A footpath behind the garden leads to the Welsh Highland Railway Station/Moel Hebog/Beddgelert Forest with off road bike trails to the nearby falls and lake. Don't forget to wave to the passing steam trains!

Guests have the benefit of off road parking for 2 vehicles on our private driveway, EV charging facility, and a secure garage for storing paddle boards, bikes, canoes, etc.
